We want to make disciples that transform the world
“Go into all the world and preach the gospel, and if you have to, use words.”
— St. Francis of Assisi
At First UMC, missions is important to us – we want to help make disciples that transform the world. Through a biblical foundation for Christian service; a balance of local, regional, and international mission opportunities; and an emphasis on hands-on support, our missions team seeks to maximize the positive impact to God’s Kingdom and to see lives transformed.
